ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command s MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. This position, located in El Segundo, CA, will support a diverse set of strategic MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.

Duties include:
  • Lead working groups to develop MILSATCOM architectures and supporting documentation
  • Elicit and capture stakeholder needs in models
  • Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents
  • Provide MBSE/Systems Modeling Language (SysML) expertise and related support to the entire systems engineering team
  • Work collaboratively in a digital engineering environment, integrating data from across systems engineering disciplines into a cohesive system model
    Integrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering software

Qualifications Desired
  • Subject matter expertise in SSC program support, especially in MILSATCOM (or other space-based systems)
  • INCOSE and OCSMP certifications
  • 1+ years experience with DoD, in support of Acquisition, JCIDS, or Analysis of Alternatives processes
  • Experience in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A)
  • Experience with Sparx EA
  • Secret Clearance or higher

Qualifications Required (Skills)
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or a technical related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop system behavior, structure, data, and requirements models employing either Sparx, Cameo, or Rhapsody applications in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities, with special emphasis on space architecture development and communications infrastructures
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • 4 or more years experience in a systems engineering or digital engineering discipline
  • 5 or more years experience in MBSE tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Cameo, Rhapsody, Rational Software Architect)
  • 1+ years experience working with DoDAF, SysML, and MBSE
  • ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
