Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing company sales, marketing, and business development performance and communicating information and insights to senior and executive management. Activities will include accessing internal and external databases; analyzing information; building models and forecasts; drawing insights and conclusions; and preparing and communicating reports and presentations.

Essential Functions:

  • Analyzes market and sales data to provide reporting and analysis to primary stakeholders: Business Development, Regional, and Executive Leadership.
  • Assists Regional Directors of Financial Operations ("RDFOs") in preparation of regional budgets by preparing and loading budget templates and generating budget reports w/specific emphasis on admissions, recerts, and Sales FTEs.
  • Forecasts sales / volume results to provide executive management with growth projections daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or longer durations.
  • Prepares market analysis of specific geographic areas to determine attractiveness of growth opportunities whether organic, via acquisitions, or partnerships.
  • Supports the Sr. Director of Financial Operations, SVPs of Business Development, and Executive Leadership with ad hoc analysis, modeling, presentations, and special projects.
  • Involved in the creation and review of growth models for scenario planning, start-ups, and potential acquisitions.
  • Collaborates with other financial, operational, and business development resources on various initiatives.
  • Provides executive and operational leadership with accurate and timely information to facilitate financial and operational decisions and helps drive growth initiatives supporting the overall strategy of the Company.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Results and action oriented. Demonstrated ability to build relationships across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Healthcare business acumen with ability to understand the big picture and create comprehensive solutions.
  • Ability to work through operational and financial information with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to deliver information in a concise and compelling way.
  • Competency in Power Query/database management.




Qualifications
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5+) years' experience in data analysis, data management, financial analysis, or related fields.
