What You Will Do
Job Summary:
This role will serve as a catalyst for innovation by staying abreast of emerging industry best practices, risks and solutions and by making proactive recommendations to the organization. Responsible for streamlining, simplifying and improving all aspects of the Human Capital Management systems and processes. This role will be a continuous improvement champion, leveraging systems & tools to drive productivity and a unified user experience.
Essential Functions:
  • Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements, enabling tools, and systems that deliver tangible value to the HR Organization.
  • Facilitate conversation around business process improvement, supporting team members across the HR Organization, through continuous improvement concepts, projects and methodologies. Leverages insights from data analysis to create business cases and influence strategies.
  • Identify subject matter experts to support multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, and compliance with policies & procedures.
  • Analyze and develop business process diagrams and models to support process design and redesign initiatives.
  • Consultant on projects, offering solution-design support and best practices for process management.
  • Help create and maintain a self-service knowledge base to educate teams and allow ready access to SOPs, process maps, etc.
  • Serves as a catalyst for innovation by staying abreast of emerging industry best practices, risks and solutions and by making proactive recommendations to the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrable applied knowledge of business processes and process improvement methodologies
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical, curious and a strong problem-solver.
  • Ability to influence and shape work, progress, and processes without ownership or control.
  • Solid business insight, with a strong familiarity of HR processes and the Employee Lifecycle.
  • Ability to assess and analyze complex business needs and conceptualize creative solutions.
  • Ability to effectively interact with associates at all levels within the organization.
  • Developed written, oral communication and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Human Resources or similar.
  • Five (5+) years of experience in Business Processes design and consultation or relevant experience.
  • Experience with Human Resources technology products and with Intermediate/ Advanced Windows-based applications including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer and Outlook.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Lean, Six Sigma certification or experience with Kaizen a plus.
