What you will do:
Job Summary:
  • Responsible for improving employee engagement and retention and organizational performance in partnership with administration and client groups. Provides expertise in adult learning, leadership development, engagement, performance management, change management, retention, and overall talent development.
  • Enhances leadership and organizational bench strength and key talent through assessments, development and performance management.
Essential Functions:
  • Drives higher levels of engagement and performance through organizational interventions and programs.
  • Builds organizational cohesion, health and flexibility.
  • Implements talent management systems and processes to ensure succession pools for strategic roles.
  • Plans and executes large and small-scale leadership development initiatives.
  • Measures the impact of interventions and regularly reports results to key stakeholders.
  • Identifies issues and trends, recommends improvements, and facilitates change using a collaborative approach involving organizational learning, other human resources centers of excellence and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Facilitates, guides, advises and coaches leaders on change management, employee engagement, performance excellence, team effectiveness, organizational structure/design, leadership onboarding, and other areas that impact the productivity and achievement of business goals.
  • Facilitates training programs and workshops to deliver organizational improvements.
  • Creates tools and communications including fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, web content, briefings, and presentations to effectively promote organizational development initiatives.

  • Strong business acumen, consulting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of OD interventions.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs and develop relevant, effective and practical solutions.
  • Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to present and to facilitate engaging training.
  • Ability to work independently.



Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, etc.
  • Five (5+) years working in Organizational Development.
  • Knowledge of HR including leadership development, talent reviews, career paths, performance management, organizational development, coaching and engagement
Preferred:
  • Master's degree in I/O Psych, HR Management, Organizational Development. Leadership Development, Coaching, or a related field.
  • Certification in Training/Facilitation and/or Organizational Professional Development.
  • Human Resources certification: HRCI-PHR or SPHR or SHRM CP or SCP.
Travel:
Moderate degree of travel.
