• Daily operations and ownership of digital media focused on marketing Coxs Wireless product
• Manage media as a full funnel channel, increasing share of results attributed to digital media
• Responsible for adhering to OPEX budget and achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Primary point of contact for all things digital media related to Wireless, managing daily operations of agency team to execute and optimize digital media as a performance channel
• Manage digital media campaigns as an awareness, sales, marketing, and customer care channel (full funnel, full lifecycle of customer)
• Influence the development and execution of Coxs customer segmentation strategy for digital media (non-customer, current customer, and segments within), and increase targeting capabilities within media landscape
• Define and execute a desktop, mobile web, and mobile app strategy for Wireless digital media
• Ensure linkage between Wireless media messaging and cox.com is established, with all media creative being organically and readily visible on cox.com
• Partner with non-customer and current customer strategy teams to develop and implement media campaigns to meet varying Wireless goals by customer segment
• Produce reports and dashboards that share insights with internal and external stakeholders
• Present business insights and meaningful trends to help Cox improve/optimize segmentation strategy and digital investments
• Traffic and manage execution of all creative assets for Wireless digital media

Qualifications:

• 7 or more years work experience in digital media and/or marketing or equivalent; five years if candidate possesses advanced degree
• 5 or more years experience managing digital media and digital media agencies
• 3 or more years of recent work experience with marketing Wireless as a product, direct recent digital media experience marketing wireless
• Experience and familiarity with Google Marketing Products and how they interrelate and work with one another
• Experience with website design, landing pages, and user experience flows
• Experience and thorough understanding of online marketing tactics and KPIs (paid search, digital display, remarketing, video pre-roll/broadband tv, paid social media)
• Agency and outside technology vendor management
• Strong sales/marketing relationship building skills required
• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Track record of driving increased results performance
• Excellent communication and people skills required

• Bachelors degree in business, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field highly desired
