Job Description:

• Perform tax research and tax analysis related to Tax Planning & Advisory projects including preparation of tax memoranda
• Create and maintain multi-year/multi-scenario modeling for a selected processes and calculations
• Assist with preparation of project materials including restructuring sequence slide decks, explanatory memoranda, tax impact calculations and similar materials
• Work effectively across the tax department to gather critical tax data required for supporting evaluation and execution of Tax Planning & Advisory projects
• Assist with preparation and management of documentation produced by the Tax Planning & Advisory team for the tax return filings

Required skills & qualifications

• 2 4 years of experience either within BAC or a comparable role external to BAC
• 5+ years total tax experience
• Ability to gather critical tax data
• Enterprise Tax Planning experience
