As part of Information and Cyber Security, Information Security Architecture (ISA) supports Wells Fargo Technology and Lines of Businesses to achieve business objectives and manage information security risk by creating actionable security architectures and repeatable solutions. ISA is seeking a business systems consultant to facilitate our application threat modeling practice.

A successful candidate will:

  • Manage a large portfolio of threat modeling engagements that may frequently face changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Guide application teams and information security architects through the threat modeling practice; collect and organize required architecture documentation for review; Schedule, coordinate, and lead discovery meetings; create and organize meeting minutes; track progress on each threat model; facilitate the removal of impediments to completing threat models.
  • Interact with solution architects, information security architects, stakeholders, business partners, project teams and subject matter experts as is required to meet the needs of the threat modeling practice.
  • Create and maintain any threat modeling practice documentation.
  • Create and report metrics to management.
  • Lead in the development or enhancement of tools utilized for threat modeling governance.
  • Escalate risks and issues to management.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Application Security Program to enhance the threat modeling practice.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5 + years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables
  • 3+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
  • 3+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to gather and document technical requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Ability to interact with a diverse team





Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
