The Artificial Intelligence Model Development Center of Excellence (AI MD CoE) team is a data science team, responsible for developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions for a number of domain areas such as fraud prevention, credit risk, experience personalization, customer listening, anomaly detection and operational cost improvement. The CoE partners closely with the AI Enterprise Solutions and the AI Technology teams at the bank, and brings a cross-functional approach to identifying, developing and deploying AI solutions.

The CoE requires high-skill/ high-motivation individuals who enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting, used to taking decisions autonomously and comfortable with a dynamic work environment.

The “Lead – Business Services for Strategy, Communications and Stakeholder Management” role would be responsible for articulating the current and go-forward CoE’s strategy, interaction model with different stakeholders and the communications/ change management required to effectively communicate and implement the strategy.

The strategy definition part of the role would be to help articulate the current operating state of the CoE, its goals and objectives and define the desired state of the CoE over the next 6-24 months. The stakeholder management and communications part of the role would determine the points of interdependence between the CoE and its different stakeholders – such as AI Enterprise Solutions, Technology, CMoR, lines of businesses - and drive the interactions to get to clarity on those interdependencies. This role would also be responsible for change management for different parts of the enterprise as it relates to the CoE and the resulting communication plan and execution.

The lead role would oversee a team that would drive all of these areas.


• Defining the near-term and medium- to-long-term CoE strategy and articulate to key stakeholders. The strategy would be based on the current and projected needs of the team, the direction for AI within the organization, evolving roles of partners and larger industry trends
• Defining the key stakeholders for the CoE, their needs and interdependencies, and the interactions required to meet the needs and solve for inter-dependencies
• Defining and implementing a change management and communication plan to meet the strategy articulation and stakeholder management objectives (see above)
• People management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, routine travel and equipment/ software related approvals

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support management, project management, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 3+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both
  • 2 + years of experience managing stakeholders

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Have experience defining organization strategy and designing operating models to deliver the strategy
  • Experience in defining quantitative/ measurable team goals, based on the business objectives and operational excellence goals, and demonstrate ways of measuring those goals
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills, and strength with PowerPoint presentations
  • Bring strong collaboration and team-work capabilities
  • Show the ability to connect across a diverse group of stakeholders and build strong partnerships
