Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

Resiliency Solutions Team

Resiliency Solutions (RS) is looking for a Business Initiatives Consultant 2 to fill a key role within the RS Group.  This individual will be responsible for supporting administration and planning function for Resiliency Solutions. Specifically, working with complex business areas such as Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Data Management, Regulation O, Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE), Cease & Desist, End User Computer Tool (EUCT), Enterprise Compromised Data (ECD) and other various groups.

The role
This position is expected to engage with business group leaders and work across the Resiliency Solutions team to drive the core processes that keep our entire group running. This position will assist in establishing and assist in driving weekly, monthly and quarterly routines with the Resiliency Solutions leadership team.
Specific responsibilities include:
·        Assist in Building out the administration and planning function for Resiliency Solutions, including ongoing routines and reporting
·        Assist in building out the administration and planning team
·        Participate in key optimization, planning, and strategic initiatives for the Resiliency Solutions leadership including annual planning activities, quarterly meetings, and team member forums
·        May act as a direct point of contact with the communications team, and help build out the communications plan and strategy including messaging, events, and activities that engage our team members and articulate our vision
• Utilizes thorough knowledge of the business group's functional area or products to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.
• Functions supported may include: policy/procedure administration and adherence, business continuity planning, reporting and analysis, project process improvement,

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
