Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.

The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

As part of the CRS team, this position will be key in providing insightful analytics and technical skills help building CRS risk data base

The dedicated individual will be but no limit focusing on the design, development and maintenance of data infrastructure to support existing complicate data extra and integrated process and new production programs.

The individual will have the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain, design and implement processes to enhance the data infrastructure used in PLL LOB Production Execution and Analytics.
  • Provide development and programming support for the Platform migration, Team to launch new initiatives including new strategy implementation, model/score production.
  • Assist in efforts to improve and/or automate current production processes.
  • Provide ad hoc support to Managers on data analyses requests, audit support and other ad hoc researchers
  • Work with supporting groups or Data managers to gather information on data sources to properly document new and existing processes.
  • Maintain and enhance AMDI Website development and all related applications maintain 


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of risk reporting experience, risk analytics experience, or a combination of both





Other Desired Qualifications
  • 7+ years Credit analytics and/or data infrastructure design & implementation experience
  • Proven ability to understand business requirements as supported by technology
  • Understanding of database structures, table relationships and views
  • Demonstrated problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems
  • Ability to clearly articulate, document and communicate problem, resolution, and development plan
  • Experience working on projects that include multiple teams or lines of business
  • Excellent problem solving experience and proven ability to assess gaps in data and data delivery requirements methods
  • Experience effectively influencing and communicating with team members
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to deliver within deadlines
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to establish, build, and maintain team relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Proficient in SQL programming. Demonstrated advanced experience in  SAS  Business Intelligence platform
  • Proficient in UNIX. platform
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Team player and partner
  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL. Html, PHP, ASP
  • Advanced UNIX Shell Scripting
  • Experience with OLAP multi-dimensional data models
  • MS Office Suite of tools (Excel, Visio, MSWord, PowerPoint, SharePoint Etc.)
  • Process Documentation experience
  • Experience with website design and maintain
  • Experience in data infrastructure/Data base design
  • Demonstrated project leadership capabilities including direct or indirect management experience
