Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

Resiliency Solutions helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.

The Customer Data Management Program is focused on efforts related to Customer Data Management strategy, Regulatory data integrity oversight, and overall due diligence of new opportunities.  The team works in partnership with Data Management & Insights, Financial Crimes Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Risk, Technology, and our Line of Business partners to develop an integrated, multiyear, regulatory, customer data management roadmap and establish a Center of Excellence to serve as the validation and conflict remediation source of customer information.

Customer Data Management (CDM) is looking for a Business Initiatives Consultant 3 to fill a key role within the CDM group.  This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving change management initiatives including process optimization and automation.   

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Microsoft Visio experience
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
  • Knowledge of issue management policy
  • Knowledge and familiarity with risk governance tool, SHRP
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment
  • Experience utilizing data elements and metrics to help strategize and consult around important business decisions
  • Experience driving multiple complex and simultaneous initiatives, from initiation through implementation, while effectively driving partners to achieve milestones and targets successfully
  • Experience confidently and accurately communicating and presenting complex concepts and ideas to Senior Leaders
  • Experience in translating leadership vision into executive strategies
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships across business units, creating alliances among diverse stakeholders
