Position Description:

The Sr Marketing Operations Specialist is a key role within the Marketing team, accountable for owning lead velocity and conversion rates across the entire commercial funnel.

This role is responsible for managing the commercial funnel, ensuring Marketing is driving lead velocity to ensure a steady flow of MQL and SQL. The Marketing Operations Specialist will own the MQL to SQL conversation ratio across all channels, lead funnel management, and working with Marketing and Sales leaders to optimize people, processes and technology to ensure no lead or opportunity is left behind.

Activities and duties include:

- Develop a funnel performance measurement reporting approach that will enable Commercial Marketing and Sales to address people, process and technology issues impacting funnel performance

- Create a constant feedback loop with Sales team members across all level of the organization to ensure Marketing is always sending through qualified leads

- Work the Go-to-Market and Digital leads to optimize Marketing program performance and recommend program improvements based on funnel performance

- Recommend Cost-to-acquire improvements throughout various stages of the inbound and outbound Marketing cycle

- Develop and maintain lead prioritization efforts to drive a steady flow of MQL for outbound sales enablement

- Look for new ways to drive Marketing lead velocity across both inbound and outbound channels

- Partner with Sales Training to develop effective lead management programs and own the optimization and measurement of those programs

- Act as the subject matter expert on inbound lead routing, lead and opportunity management, outbound Marketing enablement, and performance across the funnel

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics or other related field or the equivalent in related work experience

- 5+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B services environment, within increasing responsibility

- 3+ marketing program development with a proven track record of driving revenue improvement across multiple business units

- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and it's suite of products and how to enable sales to work within those systems

- Proficiency with project management and a proven ability to management stakeholder relationships

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an effective and articulate manner

- Prior experience working on a fast paced, high tempo team
