Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officers (KOs), Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.  Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. The Project Manager will be responsible for timely staffing, invoicing and overall delivery.


The candidate will be a member of program management team responsible for, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Support Program Office in ensuring delivery on multiple task orders
  • Utilize internal SharePoint sites and keep them updated with relevant content
  • Ensure timely delivery of government deliverables and overall customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of invoices to the government
  • Work with partners on all subcontractor related matters including staffing, invoicing and delivery
  • Assess risks and impacts on the existing task orders and support new business opportunities
  • Work with internal teams on articulating value and provide content inputs to new proposals
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies

Job Requirementstop

  • Bachelors of Arts/Science or higher in business related discipline (logistics, industrial engineering, management, economics, finance or information technology)
  • PMP Certification is required
  • DoD Secret or Public Trust (minimum) with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret
  • Must have relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector preferably with DoD/DLA contracting. 
  • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
  • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks
  • Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • History of ethical performance
  • Ability to build and manage high performing teams
