The Director of Marketing, Acelerada leads the development of brand strategy and execution for commercialized warehouse business lines.   Role incorporates strategic planning and implementation of key brand initiatives.     Responsible for annual brand plan and multi-year campaigns.   Incumbent will ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple projects/strategic initiatives occurring simultaneously. Strengths in brand strategy and execution, creative problem-solving and strategic collaboration are key as is the ability to leverage fiscal resources, personnel talents and technology to implement solutions.

  • Develop and implement multi-year brand plan strategies.

  • Create annual brand growth driver plans incorporating pull marketing, pricing, and innovation.

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data in order to generate insights for the development of the brand vision and strategy for next 2-3 years.

  • Advance current new items/innovation from current positions to commercialization. Track in-market programs of recent new item launches for all U.S. product segments.

  • Manage agency partner relationships

  • Lead work streams and collaborates with creative agency, co-pack team, manufacturing and finance.  Deliverables include business models, financial analysis, internal synthesis & communication documents, etc.  

    Proactively scan the marketplace and industry for areas of competitive improvement such as: innovation trends, and marketing.
