Performance Health is seeking a Manager, Systems Administration to join our team in Warrenville, IL. This role is responsible for managing and implementing new services within Performance Health s global Office 365 environment in the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) function of the Company. Additionally, this role will support other cloud services such as Azure, Rackspace and AWS as well as the global server and Active Directory environments. This role will also have responsibility for enterprise wide disaster recovery and uptime for all critical application & file/print servers.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain best practice administration of the Office 365 environment, including security and compliance features, ie DLP, data governance, email encryption and threat management
Lead Administer core Office 365 components such as Exchange, InTune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, etc.
Lead design implementation, including communication and training, around all Office 365 tools such as Group, Teams and Planner
Manage Azure and AWS security, storage and networking
Support VMWare and virtual server environments
Research and recommend long-term, cost-effective, enterprise-wide I&O solutions
Issue and Problem Management within areas of responsibility as well as providing assistance to other areas for these items where needed
Creation of outage, crisis management, and remedy plans to improve the quality of services
Manage staff by providing direction, mentorship, developmental opportunities and performance feedback
Focus on implementation and ongoing operations in a dev-ops model with a focus on automation, integration, service resiliency and business partnership
Lead and manage technology vulnerability identification and remediation/patching of priority vulnerabilities
Develops lasting, innovative architecture & solutions that satisfies business and customer requirements and aligns with the long-term plan for the service
Leads technical projects to enhance service capabilities across cyber security
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Bachelor s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience
Familiar with IT outsourcing transition and negotiation
Experience in server architecture and the ability to plan/execute a disaster recovery plan is essential.
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior level management and key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and work in a collaborative, cross-functional, international team
Experience leading as a team player that plans and executes to meet deadlines, while promoting a positive work environment
Broad technical background in the Information Technology applications, infrastructure domains and security
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight travel
