Performance Health is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This position partners with HR leadership to drive and enhance programs and policies with business objectives. This position consults and supports the business on human resources-related items. The HR Generalist will own various HR processes and is expected to be the subject matter expert.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Partners with business leaders on rolling out HR programs and policies to assigned business unit(s) that are consistent with the business overall strategy and objectives. This includes but is not limited to the annual performance review process, annual merit process, recognition programs and compensation updates
Supports employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations as needed. Partners with inside and outside legal partners as needed. Prepares, manages & tracks all documentation
Supports the talent review and performance management planning process
Prepare all employee change notices and partners with leadership on such changes as needed
Partners with business leaders on deployment of the employee engagement feedback process and track action planning progress
Partners with business leaders and HR Operations on immigration matters
Analyzes trends and metrics and makes recommendations for solutions, programs, and policies as needed
Leads new employee onboarding as needed. This includes meeting with new employees on their first day and collecting required paperwork for HR Operations as needed
Manages various HR ops areas
Partners with other HR functional areas to deploy HR policies and programs as needed
Partners with talent acquisition to support hiring initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in human resources or business field
Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
Experience with employee relations and investigations
Understanding of applicable state and federal employment laws
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
