Performance Health is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to join our winning, collaborative team in Warrenville, IL. This position is responsible for achieving sales and gross margin growth by coaching, developing and supervising Inside Sales Representatives to meet Company objectives.

The Supervisor understands the metrics by which they are held accountable and factors that contribute to achieving departmental success. The Supervisor is an expert within their domain and is a leader who can drive assigned group toward meeting and exceeding departmental goals.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and supervise inside sales personnel, including hiring, training, disciplining, terming, performance reviews, and individual development.
Provide related Company communication to the assigned inside sales team
Responsible for team operations, processes, and performance metrics (targeting, call frequency, call quality, growth goals)
Implements training programs to develop team members
Focuses efforts on gross margin dollar growth, improving growth profit percentage, and controlling departmental expenses.
Maintains proactive marketing programs
Performs related sales activities to ensure high levels of customer service
Enforces quality performance standards
Completes regular reporting as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
Conducts/completes monthly and yearly performance reviews
Responsible for supervision of 8-12 employees career development, discipline, and performance
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field
3-5 years previous telesales, account management, and/or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Current success in sales position
Strong analytical skills
Ability to identify problem areas, trends, and opportunities and take appropriate action
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
