The Inside Sales Rep III is responsible for selling medical rehabilitation supplies and equipment to the medical industry via telephone sales; achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Source and initiate outgoing telephone sales calls to existing and potential medical industry customers to obtain orders necessary to achieve sales goals; this includes promptly qualifying, follow-up and track sales leads
Provide sales literature, product support, information and pricing as necessary to meet or exceed sales goals
Analyze sales numbers of assigned territory or customer group to identify trends and understand market conditions. Recommend solutions for improvement of sales shortfalls.
Accurately tracks, monitors and follows-up on account activity/performance and manages customer files using appropriate tools
Mentor/train new hires
Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with large customers, conduct in-depth business reviews, and attend trade shows
Cover for supervisor and manage the team when he she is out for vacation, sickness or FMLA
Occasional work from home
Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related field
12 months as an Inside Sales Rep II
2-4 years previous experience of telesales, account management, and/or customer service experience
Knowledge of Medical/Rehabilitation equipment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Skillful negotiation and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight travel
