Job Description:

The National Solutions Group at Leidos has an opening for a Program Support Lead for the RMA Program in Aurora, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your experience to support our customer's mission.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of staffing changes
  • Maintain processes and procedures for administrative functions
  • Manage CONUS and OCONUS relocation processes
  • Train and lead other program support staff
  • Facilitate administrative outcomes with subcontractor PMO teams
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to PMO processes
  • Lead PMO process improvement initiatives
  • Plan, manage and execute administrative activities for the PMO

Basic Qualifications
  • United States' citizen with current TS/SCI access with SSBI
  • 5 years of applicable experience
  • Proven experience with one or more of the following disciplines:
    • Meeting planning
    • Relocation process management
    • Staffing
    • Project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
  • Support to mission critical IT operations environments
