This person will focus on the people side of development and change – including changes impacting employees related to: business processes and procedures, systems and technology, and job roles and responsibilities. The primary focus will be to design, develop and deliver training and change plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement and performance. The Training and OCM analyst will work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are readily achieved.

This position is responsible for the analysis, design and development of training and change management programs. The position works closely with the project team to lead the development and execution of learning strategies and is responsible for planning the various specific project learning solutions. This role requires the candidate to have a strong knowledge of learning, change methodologies and organizational development as well as an ability to perform in the role of group facilitator/trainer. The individual must have a good working knowledge of project and change management tools and possess the ability to manage all phases of training and change across multiple, concurrent projects. 


  • Focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, performance management, organization structures and job roles/competencies/skills, and systems and technology
  • Support project teams in the creation, integration and implementation of business and organizational change management strategies and plans throughout all phases of the project life cycle
  • Work closely with Project Managers and more senior Change Managers to develop an approach that adheres to and maintains OCM processes, methodologies and best practices
  • Anticipate, analyze and understand the impact of change; effectively manage and remediate resistance to change
  • Develop templates, reports and charts for management reporting of change initiatives
  • Define and measure success metrics, analyze change results, monitor change progress and identify areas for continuous improvements 
  • Lead the development of strategies for blended learning. Partner with leads in learning development and project management for analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training solutions.  This includes: helping to set strategic development direction, creating work and change plans, and monitoring the progress of the learning and change initiatives.
  • Design the development of specific training curriculums, providing content expertise and framework for the development and execution of end user training and procedures. Manage the development, communication and coordination of training registration processes & tools through organization’s LMS.
  • Design the development of training templates, standards, and processes to be used across CIS and ensure alignment of these templates, standards, tools and processes.
  • Coordinate with Technical Learning Solutions’ team members, and all external resources regarding CIS projects 
  • Assist with the execution of communications, leadership alignment, organizational impact assessments, job impact assessments and change readiness activities associated with CIS initiatives
  • Serve as main point of contact for all training requests and issues related to the LMS and e-learning systems within CIS. 
  • Manage the evaluations and return on investment of all learning interventions. Participate in the tracking and reporting of training metrics for the department. 
  • Follow a structured change management approach and utilize appropriate change tools across project phases


  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or 5 – 7 + years equivalent experience, Computer design, Instructional Design, Information Systems, Organization Change or related field 
  • Experience in developing blended learning solutions
  • Experience utilizing project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
  • Experience developing and executing effective communication strategies and plans
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Web design and/or UPK experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills
