Senior Director, Channel Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, strategic change-agent to be our Senior Director of Channel Marketing. The core responsibilities of this role are to provide leadership and drive tangible results for Manheim’s multi-category business with specific focus on client retention, demand generation & conversion on all digital marketing channels. S/he will work with customer segments and digital channels to ensure the strategic delivery of both personalized and targeted always-on client-centric marketing. This role is responsible for ensuring and delivering long-term strategies to meet company goals. S/he will need to be an expert at building relationships that drive results as they collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing team and business stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and drive brand and product demand by leading the planning and execution of innovative multi-channel marketing plans 
• Develops, implements and executes the multi-channel marketing planning process
• Develops and drives a culture of innovation, new ideas and delivers new avenues for growth 
• Leads & directs a team of experts who sustain collaborative working relationships with marketing, our channel vendors and stakeholders to optimize channel marketing, as well as merchandising initiatives
• Leads campaign and channel strategy for all of our digital marketing initiatives including, email marketing, digital partnerships, retargeting and marketing automation, social and our websites
• Responsible for top and bottom line growth of our Acquisition and Retention programs to achieve sales, ROI and total contribution goals
• Lead the strategy and partner across marketing to manage all CRM touch points including direct marketing, email marketing, retention strategies, and new customer acquisition initiatives
• Lead the strategy and culture of testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify key levers, optimization and opportunities for improvements
• Partner with the Product Organization to execute our digital content strategy defining the digital customer experience and align with brand tone and voice
• Support development of content creation across digital channels
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and technology.
• Define metrics and analyze campaign success, track and forecast user growth and engagement. 
• Be the digital gate keeper of the brand experience in partnership with the brand and content strategy team
• Create culture of innovation as a change-agent to bring best in class delivery of current state and continuous iteration to deliver on future state through all marketing channels.
• Develop team of best in class marketers that are able to deliver current state with a view and driving toward the needs of the future
• Partner with the Enterprise Product and Technology teams to execute and support CRM, NADA Tools, and other Marketing projects. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive digital management, content marketing  CRM, omni-channel marketing or related experience in a digitally led b2b environment
Ability to analyze metrics and problem solve leveraging data including building complex Excel, 
Proven ability to lead change 
Deep of understanding and proven ability to utilizing analytics to drives marketing strategy and results. 
Ability to apply and optimize strategies that help in optimization of marketing ROI; highly preferred. 
Strong leadership skills and business acumen, analytical mindset, strategic thinker; ability to manage a dynamic staff of managers. 
Ability to think outside of the box. 
Technology Savviness. 
A successful track record of building data-driven strategic plans. 
Ability to be organized, detailed and flexible while working in a creative, fast paced environment. 
Proven ability to work across the marketing organization and business stakeholders to drive results
