This position is within the Digital Platforms and Strategy organization, and is focused on Lending Servicing (Mortgage, Home Equity, Auto Loans) within the Core Banking Product Management team. The role's primary responsibility is building and maintaning digital capabilities that enable our customers to service their lending products online.  

The Digital Product Consultant will typically be responsible for driving project initiatives/ green changes throughout the year.   In addition to Digital experience the ideal candidate will have Business Analyst, Project Management and Relationship Management skills.

Specific responsibilities of the Digital Product Consultant include;

  • Process lead and SME for “Secured Lending Account Details“ and Home Loans “Request a Payoff“ processes.
  • Partnering across the digital organization to understand product/service demand for your products and related requirements
  • Owning project delivery, working in close partnership with stakeholders including the CDE organization, Digital Design, Technology and LRC.
  • Regularly evaluating processes, to insure our digital experience is working properly and delivering the right customer experience

Required Skills:

  • Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment 
  • Ideal candidate will possess both a strategic thinking expertise as well as an ability to plan and execute tactical actions to implement strategic objectives
  • Experience with delivering both strategic and tactical changes/ projects, ideally in digital
  • Ability to work across all ranks of our organization to drive consensus, with a primary focus on doing the right thing for the customer
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management within the organization               

Desired Skills:

  • Digital experience in either Product management or Business Analysis
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
