We are seeking a highly qualified Production Support Engineer to perform Production Support responsibilities for a suite of applications, such as resolving incidents and acting on service requests.

Required Skills
8-10 years of experience in production support engineering in an enterprise (multi- Data Center) environments.
Experience in analyzing, debugging, and fixing application issues under pre-defined service-level agreements.
Ability to work under pressure; strong organizational skills; good judgment and decision making.
Ability to communicate in a clear, positive, service-minded manner with a variety of colleagues.
Experience using support ticketing systems is desirable.

Ability to establish positive, effective working relationships at all levels.
Self-starter takes ownership and accountability for assigned work.
Candidate should be articulate, outgoing, and have a dedication to documentation and detail.

Able to work during our Production environment maintenance hours outside of normal business hours.

Technical Skills

Experience in relevant technologies such as Oracle SQL, Splunk, AppDynamics, and monitoring & alerting.

Experience in developing Linux Scripts (shell, Perl).
Experience with ISO 8583 protocol, Banking, and Financial (Cards Domain - Transaction Authorization functionality).
Flexibility in work schedule to overlap with partners in other time zones.
Software development background is a plus (especially Linux, C, C++).
