The Enterprise Process Oversight Reporting and Analytics team designs and develops reports and processes which drive daily business decisions.  Qualified individuals should have a keen interest in combining data from multiple sources to create reporting, help drive decisions, and are passionate about breaking down complex business problems and providing well-design data infrastructure solutions which make a significant impact.  The Data Quality / Infrastructure Health Manager must have a passion for continued development and enhancement to the data environment to continually deliver new data consumption needs to business partners and senior leaders.  Must be excited to be part of a fast paced organization and enjoy the idea of understanding the root driver of our customers need in order to improve their financial lives.

Required Job Skills:

  • 3+ years of proven professional experience in SQL Programming (SQL Server/Teradata/Oracle) to maintain existing SQL Server environment
  • Real world experience with unstructured data from Hadoop/Hive (Development/Adhoc/Data Ingestion)
  • Has demonstrated experience working with large data sets in traditional SQL databases and Hadoop
  • Experience working with multiple facets of company data to correlate relevant data points for analysis
  • Demonstrated ability researching with external partners to develop new data structures within the SQL environment to enrich existing data/reporting
  • Experience developing automation routines within a large data environment for processing of live data daily
  • Ability to consistently deliver results across shifting priorities and deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with a ‘sense of urgency’ in order to meet critical deadlines
  • Detail oriented with strong investigative and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to proactively engage in a teamwork culture

Enterprise Role Overview:

Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Develops complex program models to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with external agencies. Participates in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 2-5 years experience preferred.
