Job Description:

The Program Implementation Specialist, under the supervision of a Program Implementation leader, contributes to the successful implementation of the requirements of the Global Compliance Enterprise Policy, the Operational Risk Enterprise Policy (collectively “the Policies”) and the Compliance and Operational Risk Management (“CORM”) through partnerships with the compliance and operational risk officers. This role may communicate with and resolve questions and concerns of compliance and operational risk officers related to the program. The Program Implementation Specialist assists in monitoring compliance and operational risk officers’ adherence to program requirements. This role tracks that work is completed in alignment with set timelines. The role assists in combining and reporting data from process outputs for the C&OR Executives for the Front Line Units, Control Functions or Enterprise Areas of Coverage. The Program Implementation Specialist supports consistent quality of training, activities, processes and outputs through review of deliverables.

•Management Oversight (MO) program-Work with the Global Compliance & Operational Risk Policy subject matter experts to ensure MO activities for the 13 GCP requirements are being executed in accordance with the GCOR Standard Operating Procedures; Perform QA reviews for adherence and assist in executing MO activities where needed; Develop and generate a quarterly MO scorecard to include: status of MO activities; results of executed activities; identification of any trends, etc. Partner with peers in other areas to identify best MO practices and identify opportunities to improve the MO; process
•Issue Management-Prepare monthly reports and executive commentary; Monitor progress of open issues, including go-to-green plans resulting from the CRA; Obtain progress updates on open issues; Enter issues into eIMS;
•Testing-Manage the test recertification process, working with test owners/reps. Work closely with EIT on the transition of test results reporting including QA and identification of issues related to test results reporting systems.
•Metrics- Produce monthly metrics/analytics to identify trends/communicate results
•Provide ad hoc reporting

Required skills:
Minimum Years Business & Functional Experience: 5 Years
Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Strong analytical skills, as well as experience working with large data sets in Excel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize among multiple, competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to take complex ideas and details and distill to an executive level summary

Superior PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills including the use of pivot tables and macros
