Position Summary

The Project Governance Analyst is responsible for project governance to ensure projects align to the PMO / Enterprise Change standards, including collaboration with Agile team members to identify risk, coordination with Release Train Engineers and readiness to comply with both the CSWT and PMO Enterprise Change Standards.  The Project Governance Analyst encourages and mobilizes the Agile teams to remediate open project issues, risks and to adhere to the governance standards.

Job Description Summary / Responsibilities:
• Thoughtfully collaborate with Agile project team members to complete project documentation, including project artifact deliverables, in alignment to PMO Change standards
• Build, manage and seek opportunities to maximize processes, documentation, approval process and routines for project team adherence to governance
• Provide guidance on new PMO change standard requirements to ensure project compliance
• Increase QA Assessment passing and remediation percentages and timeliness under Executive reporting
• Work to define success criteria and metrics for compliance with CSWT PMO change standards for Online Technology
• Work closely with CSWT PMO to evaluate and remediate issues and QA Assessments
• Escalation point for Agile Project Team for GPP and PMO Change related questions or issues
• Partner with PMO/Agile teams to ensure the current work intake and development processes align with Governance and Change Standards

Required Skills

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Bank of America’s PMO Enterprise Change Standards
• Understanding of Agile software development methodology
• Strong relationship building and mentoring skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
