Job Description:

Role Overview:

  • Senior Executive Role leading a Multi- faceted Consumer Lending Centralized Sales Production Region (or Division)
  • Responsible for taking the business strategy and converting it to executable plans. Accountable for monitoring performance trends and makes suggestions to improve efficiency and sales. Lead implementation of key initiatives and processes and driving relationship deepening across multiple sites.
  • Responsible for directing the efforts of a dynamic team of Sales Management Leaders and Lending Officers in generating Investment grade Mortgages and Home Equity Loans through both High Tech and High Touch channels. Including Digital, Video, Financial Center, Wealth and Preferred.
  • Responsible for the overall business management, quality control and sales achievement of a Centralized and Online Production Region. In addition, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with product, strategy and execution partner.
  • Collaborate and contribute to the development of national strategies for multiple business channels and products.
  • Leverage date to monitor data performance trends and act on improvement opportunities. Coach and develop associates to achieve a world-class sales organization.
  • Champions Bank of America values, purpose and responsible growth drivers. Enthusiastically supports sales and Customer Care strategies. Fosters internal business partner relationships. Six to ten years management experience.
  • Also responsible for driving Consumer Lending integration with local Market President’s office and local leaders of other Bank of America lines of business to drive coordinated engagement and participation in market-wide efforts to improve Responsible Growth, Community Development/ESG initiatives, as well as Diversity & Inclusion and Associate Engagement efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5yrs experience in strategic planning
  • Prior Consumer / Client Facing business generation experience serving multiple products
  • Prior experience leading managers
  • Applies analytics, data and facts to proactively identify opportunities, priority focus areas, root causes of performance gaps
  • Collaborates with One Team partners, Product/Pricing and Sales Performance leadership to deliver integrated, impactful solutions to drive over Division level performance
  • Serves as a change catalyst that leverages business expertise and influence to the drive execution of nationally defined initiatives through COCL sales management leaders and Lending Officers
  • Must have strong leadership skills and executive presence

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • BA/BS in Finance, Business Administration or other business related discipline
  • Knowledge of Mortgage, Home Equity, Investment, Deposit and Auto products and process
