Job Description:

Project manager role supporting key multi-year GBAM initiatives for the Client Operations Services (COS) organization. Primary focus is support of the Client Services strategic program including end to end implementation of the tiered client service model aligning varying levels of service to defined client tiers and managing roll out of the enhanced support model for Platinum/priority clients. The scope of the role will span all GBAM lines of businesses & operational functions and will require managing multiple stakeholders to drive successful execution of the projects. Key responsibilities will include organizing and leading all project workgroups (various levels of management), preparation and presentation of senior steer meeting materials, timeline creation, issue management and ownership of all PPRT/GBAM portal updates. The role will provide the opportunity to engage with client facing teams and require the candidate to ensure all execution is aimed at improving the overall client experience.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Project Management experience (5-10yrs) with prior GBAM or Capital Markets experience.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and lead across various levels of management.
  • Candidate will need to be highly organized and self-motivated to successfully execute the multi-year projects that span a large number of businesses and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience creating materials and presenting to senior executive audience is a must.
  • Candidate should have a track record of successfully navigating complex organizations to drive and implement change successfully.

Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.
