Team Description:

Sitting within the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) COO organization, the Business Execution team partners across RPWS to execute key initiatives, develop sales measurement and analyze performance, and manage employee business administration – enabling growth opportunity capture across client segments, products and channels. RPWS Business Execution manages executive routines, business critical programs, staffing management, employee oversight, business reporting and specialist performance, meetings, events, training and communications.

Role Description:

The Retirement Salesforce and Reporting Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Retirement Client Experience and Communication functions of Institutional Retirement within Salesforce, and subsequent delivery of success metrics to senior leaders within RPWS and critical business partners.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Manage pipeline and critical business activities within, providing transparency into the activities and historical trends across the organization.
  • Gather, analyze and structure data to be used to understand performance, as well as referral activity and sales successes between RPWS and Bank (GCIB/GCB/BB/SBB).
  • Develop, deliver and maintain ongoing periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support RPWS business needs, with an acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with critical business partners at various levels, both within RPWS and across lines of business (i.e. Business Intelligence, Local Markets Organization, Finance, Technology, etc.) with regard to data sharing and reconciliation.
  • Effectively communicate data results and translate output to formats that allow results to be easily interpreted and measured against pre-determined targets/goals.
  • Identify data-driven opportunities and make recommendations for business growth initiatives.
  • Work on projects that impact the evolution of to collect relevant data that will evolve with a continually changing business environment.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation within to update pipeline based on prior month sales results to maintain consistency with Finance results and internal/external reporting.
  • Provide data from within and/or consolidated from other internal/external sources in support of various management initiatives, including pipeline integrity, sales team compensation, prospecting exercises, etc.
  • Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of, including engagement with Technology support team.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in wealth management and/or retirement business
  • Strong analytic skills, with experience in and/or SQL server programming
  • Advanced/ expert MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Access
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills?
  • Ability to meet quality objectives
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Must be a team player and be able to build positive working relationships with team members that encourage open communication and a supportive team environment?
  • Ability to multi-task and execute in a challenging, fast paced changing environment
