Job Description:

The Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution (ESPE) group is a core BAC business process that resides within the Chief Administration Office. Falling under the ESPE umbrella, the ESPE Governance team defines the governance requirements for both Capital Planning and Recovery and Resolution Planning, owns the Capital Scenario Management Policy, Global Recovery and Resolution Planning Policy, and related standards and procedures, and manages the administration of the Independent Review and Challenge Committee (IRCC), which is responsible for providing management oversight and review and challenge of the Company’s capital planning process.

As part of the ESPE Governance team, the candidate will support the following team processes:

  • Assessing the Policies to ensure each aligns with regulatory expectations and guidance, addresses regulatory / internal feedback
  • Developing and implementing strategic enhancements to the Polices in order to drive process simplifications
  • Communicating policy requirements and expectations to stakeholders, including members of the Lines of Business, Finance, and Risk
  • Administering the IRCC to ensure it executes all chartered tasks. Related responsibilities include: coordinating meetings, reviewing submitted materials, composing meeting minutes, tracking and distributing challenges raised, and evaluating and updating committee charter and presenter guidelines content
  • Executing bespoke analyses and/or requests (including closure of any outstanding audit issues) and enhancement initiatives related to CCAR and Recovery and Resolution Planning processes

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in banking, finance, or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and successfully manage multiple projects

Desired Skills:

  • Prior stress testing, project, and/or product experience
  • Degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred
