ResponsibilitiesThe professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal: to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes, and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from getting access to sensitive classified national security information. The NSA Office of Strategies and Succession Management seeks a Human Capital Strategic Consultant to facilitate strategic workforce planning initiatives that enable the Agency to aggressively recruit, develop, support, and retain top talent for the workforce of the future. Description of Position Human Capital Strategic Consultants are responsible for: - Gathering information (both qualitative and quantitative) and conducting analyses required to project future workforce requirements and organizational needs - Consulting with stakeholders to develop strategic workforce plans that support the organization's current and future workforce requirements - Collaborating with human capital partners (recruitment, career planning, training and development, etc.) to design programs and processes in line with the strategic workforce plan - Developing communication strategies to support the implementation of initiatives driven by the organizations strategic workforce plan - Briefing organizational leaders on strategic workforce planning activities
